With more than 23 years of practice, Mr. Ventura has earned a reputation as attorney worked with local and foreign companies as lawyer and consultant, particularly in the corporate and foreign investment areas, tax advice, trademarks, labor and immigration law. He has advised clients from the Americas, Asia and Europe.
Luis obtained his law degree from Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) in El Salvador in1994, and in 1998 his masters degree (LLM) in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Kyushu, Japan, thanks to a scholarship from the Japanese government (Monbukagakusho) and is up to date the only Salvadoran lawyer with legal education in Japan.
He worked as a legal advisor to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in El Salvador, from 2000 to 2011. In 2003, he was part of Miami based firm Ferrell Schutlz, acting as foreign counsel. Mr. Ventura was a member of the International Bar Association from 2001 to 2005, and has been a professor in the LLM program on Business Law of Universidad Centroamericana in the areas of International Trade and Tax Law since 2017, and since 2019 is member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In August 2018, he was selected to join the list of notaries for El Salvador of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), and that same year the government of Japan conferred him a diploma of honor for his collaboration in the Nippon - Salvadoran relations. Recently, in November 2019, he was appointed as Legal Counsel for the Organismo Internacional Regional de Sanidad Agropecuaria - OIRSA - (International Regional Agency for Agriculture Health) for its operations in Central America, Mexico and Dominican Republic.

Mr. Pérez Rivera has more than 25 years of professional practice, becoming a recognized figure regarding taxation and financial issues. He has advised from individual entrepreneurs and small local companies to large multinationals, as well as projects from cooperating organizations, and is constantly requested to advise on accounting, auditing, financial compliance or complex financial analysis.
Rodolfo obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Universidad Tecnológica in 1999 and in 2004 his Master's Degree in Finance from the same university. In 2002, he formed his audit/accounting office under the name of Rivera Vásquez Auditores, which was transformed in 2008 into RV &V Consultores.
He has also been a professor of accounting, budget planning and auditing at the Universidad Tecnológica, and has taught several courses on entrepreneurship sponsored by cooperating agencies. He is also a member and trainer of the Salvadoran Institute of Public Accountants and a member of the Accountants Cooperative Association of El Salvador.

JOSE LUIS BENITEZ
Mr. Benitez holds a degree in business administration and before joining RV&V, he worked as controller at multinational Hocim in El Salvador. He deals with accounting processes within the firm.
Mr. Aquino is a graduate of the Accounting School of El Salvador National University. He previously worked as an auditor in the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Aquino is in charge of audit processes in the firm.
Carlos Oviedo graduated from Universidad Centroamericana(UCA), and is an authorized attorney and notary public in El Salvador. He also holds a master's degree from the University of San Martín (Argentina) and is a specialist in government procurement and securities law. He is also an instructor of public procurement programs of the OAS.
